1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Group Trip and Meal Planner (the "Service"), available at grouptripplanner.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Seamus Mountain Ventures, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Group Trip and Meal Planner is a collaborative web application that allows groups of users to plan vacation meals, coordinate cooking and cleanup duties, manage shared grocery lists, track expenses, and communicate around shared meals. The Service is currently provided free of charge, though we reserve the right to introduce paid features or tiers in the future.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• The information you provide during registration is accurate and complete
• You will keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others

4. User Accounts

To access most features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your login credentials with others
• Not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Content

You may submit content through the Service, including meal plans, notes, grocery lists, comments, and other information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You agree not to submit User Content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or harassing
• Infringes any intellectual property rights of others
• Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Is spam or unsolicited commercial communication

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEAMUS MOUNTAIN VENTURES, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

11. Changes to the Service and Pricing

The Service is currently free to use. We reserve the right to:

• Introduce paid features, subscriptions, or tiers at any time
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service
• Change these Terms at any time

We will provide reasonable notice of material changes, including changes to pricing or these Terms, by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, notifying users via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
