- Guest information: names and dietary details of guests you add to a trip (who do not have their own accounts)

When you use the Service, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:

- For legal reasons: if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others
- Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, with notice provided to you
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove your personal profile information. Note that content you contributed to shared trips (such as meal plans or comments) may remain visible to other trip members after you leave or delete your account, as it is part of shared group data.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Service. We may use the following types of cookies:
- Essential cookies: required for the Service to function (e.g., keeping you logged in)

6. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users may add children as guests on trips, but guest profiles collect only a name and optional dietary information, and guests do not have accounts.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
